Question by Amber: I am very worried, my son who turned 3 in March has started to tell us he doesn’t love us?
He says things like, “I don’t like you”, “I don’t love you” and today he said, “you are not my mom”! I am stressing out about this. I am an at home mom and have always been there for him. He has started to say this after he started preschool which was a weeks after his B’day. He comes home happy and runs to me, tells me he missed me but… then occasionally he says this and it breaks my heart. He goes 3 days a week but for the whole day. He leaves in the morning at 7:00 and comes back at 5:30. Could it be that the day is too long, ‘cos i know it is but i had to put him in preschool and i waited for so long and this is the only one that called us from our waiting list. Anyways, I am worried he will grow up to be a hateful child and i don’t want that. PLUS I don’t know what to say when says these things. I tell him “but i love you” and most of the times he responds, “aww I love you too mama” but sometimes he says “but i don’t like you”. Please tell me what to do and how to handle this. I am very worried.

Lilacs make me think of Grandma, who had bushes along the chain-link fence in her backyard for as long as I can remember. Hers were taller than these, and older than me, but they had that same perfume and those same clustered bulbs of tiny pale purple flowers, as wispy and delicate as the clouds. Grandma made them into corsages for Mother’s Day. Mom cuts them from the yard and puts them in a vase on the table. I think they’re the prettiest flower there is.

They say windows live messenger is going to close on the 16th of march. Does that also mean that there are no more personal messenger messages? What exactly is going to shut down?

I am not familiar. I have not heard anything about that. I don’t ever use windows live messenger. Maybe someone else knows about this. I will try to get informed about this.
